Cookie policy

1. What are cookies?

Cookies are small text files placed on your device when you visit a website. They help the site remember your preferences, keep you logged in, and — with your permission — help us understand how visitors use the site.

2. How we use cookies

ChronergyX uses cookies in three categories:

  • Essential cookies — required for security, site navigation, and core functionality. These cannot be turned off.
  • Analytics cookies — anonymised data that helps us count visitors, see which pages are popular, and identify technical problems. These are optional and disabled by default.
  • Marketing cookies — used to measure the effectiveness of marketing campaigns and, where applicable, personalise content. These are optional and disabled by default.

3. Third-party cookies

We do not use advertising or social-media tracking cookies. If analytics cookies are enabled, data may be processed by our analytics provider in anonymised form. We do not share cookie data with third parties for commercial purposes.

4. Managing your preferences

You can update your cookie preferences at any time by clicking the cookie icon or banner at the bottom of any page, or by clearing cookies in your browser settings. Disabling optional cookies will not affect your ability to use the site.

5. Cookie duration

Essential session cookies expire when you close your browser. Preference cookies are stored for up to 12 months or until you clear them manually.
